Taberg

Timothy Armstrong died at the home of his son, Alexander W. Armstrong, near this village. Friday night aged 91 years. Mr. Armstrong was a life long resident of Annsville. His father was an early settler and the deceased was born within a mile of the place where he died. He was for many years a leading citizen of the town and was much interested in its advancement. For six or seven consecutive years he held the office of overseer of the poor. Besides his wife he leaves four sons and two daughters; John, Alexander W., and Sidney of Taberg, and Nelson of Oriskany, Mrs. William M. Beeman and Mrs. F.E. Burnham of Rome; also one brother, Cuyler of Vienna.
