Coroner C. J. Vowinkel was in Mexico yesterday investigating the death of George W. Hamilton, twenty-one who was killed
when a large concrete vat in the plant of the New York Dry Milk Company collapsed.
Mr. Hamilton lost his life while looking for defects in the vat. The tank had been filled with water and he began to
examine the outer wall when it collapsed.
The victim of the accident was born in Mexico November 28th, 1896 and lived here until he was about ten years of age,
when his parents removed to Fulton. He resided there until two years ago, when he was married to Miss Eva Allan of Mexico.
He is survived by his widow, a son Harold R. Hamilton, five weeks old; his father, Charles Hamilton; three sisters, Mrs.
John Cox, Mrs. Pearl Best and Mrs. Cora Perinton, and a brother, Raymond Hamilton, all of Fulton.
