MEXICO, Dec. 28 -- Frank J. Price, 64, died Wednesday in Rome hospital. he had been a patient there since Nov. 8, when
he was injured when struck by an automobile.
A $15,000 negligence action is pending in Supreme Court in which Price, plaintiff, sought damages for a compound fracture
of the right arm, wounds of the left leg, and destruction of an artificial right leg. The suit was directed against Elmer
Rush, Camden, as a result of the accident.
Mr. Price was born in Camden in 1875. At one time he was a farmer on the Mexico road. He is survived by a brother,
Charles Price of Camden, two nephews, and two nieces, including Mrs. Lawrence Curtiss of Pulaski.
